NeverGoBlank: AI Career Coaching

NeverGoBlank is an AI-powered career coaching platform built in-house by Privorum. It helps professionals prepare for the moments where a career is decided: interviews, performance reviews, and negotiations.

The Platform

NeverGoBlank gives each user:

• Personalised guidance — preparation shaped around the person and the situation, not generic advice
• Scenario practice — rehearse the conversation before it happens, so the real one is not the first attempt
• Support for high-stakes moments — interviews, performance reviews, and negotiations

It also has a desktop companion app that captures audio, transcribes it, and connects it to an AI assistant, so preparation can happen alongside the user’s normal workflow.

Why We Built It

Interviews, reviews, and negotiations are high-stakes and easy to under-prepare for. NeverGoBlank is Privorum’s in-house answer: a focused preparation tool built with the same engineering discipline we bring to client work.

It is also a live product for Privorum’s AI workflow practice, where LLM features have to stay reliable and predictable for real users.
